The user can print a report of appointments for a range of dates.  In addition, you can select one or all of the following other criteria: Disposition, Provider and Room (Site).

When you click OK, the Crystal Report Viewer will appear with the appointment schedule. From here, the user can view any page of the report, zoom in or out, find any text and send the report to a printer.
