The Apex Electronic Medical Record program was designed with the physician in mind and for offices  that want to eliminate paper charts. While the software will work with any Windows XP computer it has been especially tailored for a Tablet PC.  Patient encounters can be tracked with template based SOAP reports. Patient allergies and medications are captured with prescription printing available. Electronic forms and images are attached to patient records to complete the electronic chart.
