The UB92 program is designed to generate the UB92 form in conjunction with the Apex Medical Practice Manager for posting surgical claims. The two programs share the patient, provider, charge and diagnosis files. However, the UB92 program maintains its own patient ledgers and daysheets, so that UB92 claims and charges are kept separate from AMPM charges.
